1. Introduction

Welcome to TDVL Connect! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the "Service") provided by TDVL Connect ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. Player registration is free. However, publishing a player profile and accessing full features requires an active subscription. Club accounts require a subscription to access full features after any applicable trial or introductory offer period. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Player Subscriptions: Access to features like publishing a player profile, CV, video, and photo uploads, and visibility to clubs requires an active subscription ("Subscription(s)"). Details regarding current pricing, introductory offers (including duration and limits), and payment terms are outlined on our Pricing page and are incorporated herein by reference.

Club Subscriptions: Access to certain features for club accounts, such as viewing full player profiles and contact details, requires an active Subscription. Billing and Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are typically set monthly, following any introductory offer period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the end of the current Billing Cycle via your account settings or by contacting support.

Additional Media Purchases: Players may purchase the ability to upload additional media (videos or photos) beyond the limits included with their subscription. These are one-time charges and are non-refundable once the media is successfully uploaded. Payment for these is handled separately via PayPal.

Payment Processing: All fees and charges are in Euros (€) and are processed through our third-party payment processor, PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us (through PayPal) to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. You agree to abide by PayPal's terms and conditions.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or specified in our cancellation policy (if any). One-time purchases for additional media are non-refundable.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content on or through the Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation, including but not limited to misrepresenting your identity or qualifications, or posting false or misleading information.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms or non-payment of applicable fees. If your account is terminated, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or follow account deletion procedures if available.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
